Biden to Campaign on Trump’s Economic Policies After ‘Bidenomics’ Fail

President Joe Biden will campaign against President Donald Trump’s economic policies in the 2024 cycle after ditching the so-called “Bidenomics” catchphrase due to its “ineffective” and “tone-deaf” nature.

Biden’s plan to campaign on Trump’s economic policies is a recognition that Biden’s economy is a losing line of attack for his reelection campaign.

“What we want the fight to be about is their record, and who you’re for and what you care about,” a person familiar with the internal messaging discussions told Politico on Monday. “The polling shows overwhelmingly that people think Biden cares about people like them and Trump does not. And that’s going to be the core of this economic attack.”

Another narrative that will be fully backed by the media and a massive campaign ad marketing blitz, with little to no opposition to counter it with an opposing message. The fact of the matter is that we should have already had the resources to be out in front of this and have them on the defensive. Instead, we will be.

The problem for Brandon is what does he campaign on? There is not one area, either domestic or foreign, that is better now than it was in the fall of 2019. He can’t run on character because there is that little problem of Hunter and cash payments from questionable sources. No one other than hardened Never-Trumpers are buying the Trump lawsuits as anything other than organized persecution orchestrated by Brandon’s DOJ and big-money donors which cuts as much against Brandon’s character as it does Trump’s.

Hunter Biden is a problem for Joe Biden in a way that Obama avoided in 2012. Hunter Biden’s trial begins in June 2024. The media knows they must cover this trial. None of Obama’s daughters were facing a criminal trial in June 2012. Hunter’s trial will hurt Joe Biden’s campaign.
