The only “evidence” ( if you can even call it that ) are her own allegations.
She can’t even remember the year and date that it supposedly happened, only that it happened.
In a just system, the onus is on HER to produce evidence — a surveillance video for instance. But there was NONE!
Therefore in the USA, the accused is supposed to be INNOCENT until proven guilty ( which has not been proven ).
