It isn’t just Michael “Piltdown” Mann who is on trial. It’s also the entire Global Warming/Climate Change hoaxsters and Puppet Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency.
The fraud is being laid out for all the world to see. These climate “scientist” should all have there credentials revoked, their college degrees confiscated, their licenses annulled.
Just like what that dolt Heidi Cullen demanded from Climate sceptics.

The whole climate change hoax is on trial here, which is why no one will ever see or hear about this trial on the msm or social media.
Mann has always been a bully and a fraud and the entire crew of global warming/cooling/changing freaks have always used every communist propaganda trick to forward it.
I thank God that Mark Steyn {and I }have lived long enough to see this trial through to the end as I have donated to his cause down through the years and have been frustrated at the bullshit way that the DC courts have sided with Mann.
There is no legal way that Steyn can lose, but...
Opening statement, ouch!
This will not be the first defamation case Mann will have lost. He tried to sue Canadian climate scientist Timothy Ball who quipped “Mann belongs in the State Pen not Penn State”. Ball based his defense upon Mann’s faulty statistical methodology and Mann refused to submit his math to the courts when ordered to. After seven years the Canadian courts dismissed the case and ordered Mann to pay Ball’s legal fees.

I was not aware that the trial was underway, but we luv Mark Steyn and enjoyed reading his opening. Please put me on a ping list, if there is one, for anything Steyn. Thank you.
There were no ‘honest mistakes.’ He, Phil Jones at EA CRU and James Hansen of NASA and several other at EA CRC colluded regularly to suppress alternate climate views, stop peer reviews and otherwise engineer results that showed their ‘theses’. ALL of them had government contracts and grants from multiple sources that needed to show the climate crisis.
Spent more time on debunking Wikileaks’ email revelations than they did actual relevant climate work, IMO.
Several years ago, I spent a very entertaining evening with Mark Steyn listening to him pontificate about a wide range of subjects, sing and generally kibbutz with his audience. It was a great time.... but i tell ya, as fun as that was I would have given an arm, leg and firstborn to be sitting in the courtroom when Mark delivered this one. That as outstanding!
