Are you trying to say Obama can be prosecuted for killing Osama bin Laden? Why is it immoral to kill a bunch of assholes who formulate chaos but not killing a bunch of people who did nothing and likely oppose the assholes who cause all the trouble?
You seem to have forgotten that we were at war with Osama Bin Laden and his terrorist organization. Congress gave legal approval to do so.
