Emmett Till was murdered by two white men, one of them the husband of the woman who made the accusations. His death is often called a lynching, but before that the crowd had to number at least 3 (most, of course, were much larger). The killers were not punished. No judge or jury was involving in killing Till.

The essence of Trump’s lynching is much like Emmitt’s. Trump was falsely accused and unfairly judged. Only the details vary, slightly.
Trump is being tried in court on false charges. Till wasn’t tried in court—he was murdered by two men. The allegations that led to his killing were made by the wife of one of the two men, who may have exaggerated what Till did—but she did not accuse him of rape.
Oh, it was rigged. Gerrymandering can win maybe half a dozen seats nationwide (because both sides do it, and mostly cancel each other out); no, cheating is where it’s at, and unless you can prove it in a day or two, the cheating works - in one direction , and especially with the active collusion of the Leftist media.
30% of what Trump will never pay her isn’t much.
Now that is a fantastic point.
Getting a judgement is one thing, collecting on it is another.
Too her, it became reality, and, with a push and help after 30 years, from lefties, she decided to sue, because, she still believes it too be true.
This is her evidence- Her word only. Doesn't remember the time, day, month, year. Shows an outfit, on a magazine cover, she claims she was wearing, that did not exist, at the time. No one saw or heard this happen, or, saw them all disheveled or with marks anywhere on them, after the event she claims happened, even though Trump has people around him, all the time. Did not scream or get help from any staff. Did not file a police report.
She better not spend the money, just yet. If Trump can get a sane, unbiased Judge and jury, it should be overturned. That is the first big hurdle.

Thanks. A few years ago I would have been so confident that an appeal would overturn a case this ridiculous I would have bet money on it.
And I don’t bet money if I think there is any risk.
Now all I can say is that I feel strongly it will be overturned.
If it’s not Trump won’t be the only loser.
