It must be getting bad there when even the resorts are not safe.

I’d have thought that the resorts would at least provide good security.

Cruises have been selling out and going way up in price in the past few months. Also no TV ads for cruise lines anymore. No $$$ spent on TV buys.

So media will play up big this crime story to ‘hurt’ the cruise lines. When sales go down, media will say ‘gotta advertise on TV.

Corruption is a vicious circle everywhere in a god-less world.

They did in the past. It was always recommended to stay inside the resort & not venture off the grounds, especially at night. But sounds like the resorts are getting iffy. I read a few months ago that resort workers weren’t to be trusted anymore. They’ve been accused in some of the crimes.
