The American people did not give informed consent. Many were forced to get the vaccine or lose their jobs, or not be able to travel, or get medical care or go shopping. That is not informed consent that is extortion.
As for the blanket immunity, how can a third party give another person immunity when they harm someone.

The cat was getting out of the bag when major healthcare systems began reinstating mask mandates specifically stating “REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS”.
It’s about time. Too late for many of us who either got Covid, possibly Long Covid, like me, or the others who got the jab and were killed or maimed by it.
Drug manufacturers have some legal immunity from being sued.. hospitals, businesses, schools ... that mandate experimental, not approved jabs do Not have legal immunity / can be sued for adverse reactions, like myocarditis, pericarditis .. death..
It’s like how is this not some gigantic crime? I seem to remember there was a country that went public with the Terms of vaccine contract which was supposed be super secret.
None of the available jabs is an FDA approved vaccine. They are all still emergency use only - who are the lab rats?
For many it wasn’t really voluntary. It was for many people, for all intents and purposes, compulsory. Every government employee had to take it. Almost all health care workers had to take it. Anyone who worked for a government contractor had to take it. Livelihoods were threatened. For a while you couldn’t enter public venues without proof of the jab. The media and the CDC/NIH pushed it incessantly, along with the fear of dying from Covid or killing someone by spreading Covid even though the shot didn’t prevent contagion one iota. The alphabet agencies colluded with media companies to censor dissent. There were many lies not just about the shot but about Covid and how it spreads and how to mitigate it and how to treat it. It was so overwhelming that you may consider it brainwashing; the stuff of cults. It was mass Stockholm Syndrome. That psychosis may wear off at some point.
