"It will be very hard to find a Thomas/Alito rock ribbed strict constructionists replacement. They don’t seem to make them like that any more. Being a strict constitutional constructionist should be the minimum requirement for the position."

Hello, McFly? Cruz. But he will be too busy as AG under TrumpII.

Then there is Katsas (clerked for Thomas, shares Thomas's "I dissent!" brilliance), runner-up to Amy Coney Barrett. Katsas should be TrumpII's next pick.

On down the list, Walker (who ripped up plandemic restrictions on worship in On Fire Christian Center Inc v (former Mayor) Greg Fischer, et al, but was recently on the very wrong side of the J6 prosecutorial overreach Fischer (no relation to the former Mayor) v US); then there are a bunch of Shrubber's who are not rock-ribbed but reliable: Willett, Hardiman; and then there's Thapar, who might be brown enough to cancel any media storm about TrumpII not replacing Thomas with an African-American.

It will be very hard to find a black Thomas replacement. No, make that impossible.

Cruz lied about being Constitutionally eligible to serve as President, so how can he be qualified to judge the Constitutionality of other mattaers?

Trump should ask Clarence Thomas whether he has a preference in a candidate to replace him on the Supreme Court?

He'll probably respond "the most qualified candidate".

So he'll be insulted if he was replaced by a token Justice.

So Trump should look for someone in the mold of Clarence Thomas, Antonio Scalia or Samuel Alito.
