Unless her pancreas is completely shot. And sure enough, read her list of physical complaints, and it aligns perfectly with pancreatic failure.

These are not whispers for her to vacate, these are shouts. An early TrumpII 7-2 SCOTUS with 3 genuine Constitutionalists? The third being Sotomayor replaced with Cruz or Katsas? Thomas literally could revisit Obergefell with that Court.

Sorry but type 1 diabetes still takes its toll over a lifetime. Life expectancy today is still 7 years shorter than average.. Sotomayor is pushing the limit as it is. It is indeed a risk,, she may live another 5 years without issue. Or be dead..
