That’s a lot in a short period of time. My guess is that it’s a little, close-knit nest of whatever, and something changed at the top of the food chain. “Whatever” could be anything in this day and age. It’s even remotely possible that someone higher in administration told them that diversity doesn’t mean anything but white, or that said that yes, Asians are POCs, or maybe even cancelled the planned Hamas rally after major donors got wind of it.
