I’m not interested in any republican party regulars, especially Tim Scott. We need a real American VP, a fighter.

President Trump needs life insurance.
Those two names are not up to the challenge of taking on the Deep State. That requires both hard core street smarts and a lot of raw courage.
Checking the policy boxes is not going gonna get that done.

Trump is just trolling. Wants to keep things entertaining for the peeps with short attention span/s.

There’s zero chance he picks Tim Scott. What he will do is bring up Tim Scott’s name until after the South Carolina primary just to keep Nikki Haley looking weaker in comparison.

Kristi Noem is too good looking, it will drive some women away from voting for her. Perhaps someone who could bring something more to the table like Lee Zeldin from New York.

yes, imho it is a troll.
kari vs. kamala would make a good debate. and (who knows) kari might even get some of the (f) vote...

Picking Tim Scott is a great way to end maga. Not only does he offer nothing, his replacement in SC would be Haley. So Graham and Haley representing SC would be a 4d chess move to help destroy any conservative movement. But, at least Boeing would have their senators in.

I don’t think Rand Paul and Trump are the best of friends, but Rand has integrity and he doesn’t put up garbage from anyone.

Kristi Noem had an affair with Corey Lewandowsk, Tim Scott is gay.
Vivek should be the VP.

Yeah, the trouble is that there’s no perfect candidates out there.
If Zeldin could somehow deliver NY in November, maybe him. But I think NY is too far gone. So he’s too risky.
It has to be someone who can win in November above all other criteria (Captain Obvious).
That’s why Scott is still in play.
Demographically, the ideal would be a conservative Hispanic woman from a swing state. But that might be a unicorn.

Not Scott. He (supposedly) failed all, or most, of his classes in high school. And he’s basically a doofus.
He just proposed to someone — a female — after being a bachelor forever.

Kevin Roberts of The Heritage Foundation would be an intriguing choice.
He’s not a politician, and he would be as daunting as DJT in the Oval Office.

Tim Scott? Just hell no.
He could not bring himself to condemn the invasion of Trump’s home by the FBI.
