Yeah, I was reading about a company and whenever they make a new monument they go in and buy the private land and then build a luxury houses.
Holland, Ireland and now France are actively seeking to reduce the number of farms in the name of climate change. It begs the question of where to these climate cultists expect to get food with fewer farms? Modern agricultural production runs on diesel fuel. So if diesel and other fossil fuels are banned how will food get produced? The climate change cult is pushing mass starvation.

Way more than that 500 million is the expressed goal that’s 1/16 the total population today. In reality with modern mechanized agriculture and now humanoid AI robots becoming the norm in manufacturing the top 1% would only need a few tens of millions to oversee the AI robots and monitor the automated combines and harvesters in the field guided by DGPS and AI software which is already big agri p as practices. They will keep a second ring of well enough feed and payed scientists, engineers and STEM folks to keep them supplied with tech and food the rest of the useless eaters are marked for elimination.
The premise that you.need X billion of people to get an Einstein is false. Intelligence is innate it’s genetic. The likelihood of two Mensa parents having a child who is also Mensa is ten to one or more against the general population in first world countries that goes to thousands to one in third world crapholes. Same for engineers if both parents are graduate level engineers their child will be as well if they did their job as parent’s right. The 1% know this fact as well. They will keep enough engineers,scientists and technically useful people to serve their needs and compensate them well enough so they won’t rebel against them kinda like you know right now where scientists are very well paid who actually produce productive endeavors same for engineers. The highest paid are petroleum engineers right now worldwide.

As others have pointed out hyperbole doesn’t further the argument against climate communism. You can very cleanly.run a diesel engine off things other than diesel. Ethanol for one there is a company that modifies existing diesels to burn 100% ethanol my not only eliminates particulate emissions, nox and sox it makes the engine 40% more powerful by hp due to complete combustion vs lean burn. Henry Ford yes that Ford showed that an acre of potatoes produces enough ethanol to harvest 100 other acres of crops using 1920s level fuel eff and tech. That’s a 100:1 ratio. Modern combines are at least double as efficient it only takes a few gallons per acre to plant and harvest crops. Google will happily show you both sets of numbers. You also can run diesels on methane,ethane,propane,or butane at full power and higher efficiencies than diesel itself. Any one of those can be made with fermentation or syngas WWII tech. Better yet use nukes and make H2 off peak then burn that in a CO2 atmosphere you get methane gas as the output at high efficiency this is what Elon intends to do in South Texas and eventually on Mars for fuel. CNG is an ideal fuel for diesels you get twice the engine life and oil life you don’t the carbon particulates in the oil from combustion. Don’t give in to the hype fight the climate commies on real science you could eliminate liquid diesel fuels tomorrow with technology we have today. Clearflame has third party data showing not only will their ethanol fueled diesels beat any emission standards conceived of they are cheaper to run than on diesel fuel itself in an hour per hour or per mile basis. A number of crops beat potatoes on a ethanol per acre yield some triple it. Sweet sorghum triples, sweet potatoes triples, sugar cane doubles, Agave Weber is five times yields. We won’t starve if we had to use one acre of land to plant plow and harvest 100 to 500 other acres. This doesn’t include farming the oceans for algae that ten times yield sugars to land plants. Like I said fight the climate commies on facts. We could shift and eventually will have to due to very real resource depletion to non fossil fuels that’s when not if. Sooner when the growing middle class of Asia,India,and Africa demand their portion of the resources at Western consumption levels. Better to use the fossil fuels we have been blessed with to build out that inevitable switch sooner than later. Long term only nuclear power, biofuels and solar electrics in the deserts can power a society of ten billion plus.
