Unfortunately, (though not at all surprising) there are likely to be just enough republicans siding with the democrats to reject any attempt to impeach Mayorkas for his very obvious dereliction of duty. Maybe the Silent Turtle is whipping up support behind closed doors.

by changing the federal mandate for time & half pay to start at 48 hours a week for workers paid by the hour.
If somebody making $15/hour could work just 8 more hours each week, the person would have almost $500/month more in pre-tax income.
