I was looking on maps of today’s White Chapel and, disregarding the modern buildings, Jack the Ripper wouldn’t recognize the people.
The UK has a Deep State, too.
What it doesn’t have, and desperately needs, is a Trump.
And pay per breath.
Will city rates be different than rural commuter rates? Ah, there’s your 15 minute cities though I can’t see how they’re going to fit an auto factory along with all the housing, schools and stores the employees will need into such a tiny plot of land.
Do forget it is a well paid “thin blue line” that will enforce this. They work for the overlords, not the serfs.
I’m assuming there will be 2 taxes where car is registered
