Here is the scam: every illegal alien counts in the census, no matter what happens after, so the 30 million illegals have added 40 or 50 U.S. House of Representatives. It doesn’t matter about final disposition in future elections, at least for ten years.

They are counted in the census, but they don’t add to the total number of Representatives. They do add to the number of Reps. a state gets.

"...so the 30 million illegals have added 40 or 50 U.S. House of Representatives..." It wouldn't change the number of representatives in the House, but it would change their distribution... favoring states taking the most illegals.. i.e, Democrat strongholds.
