Mayor Tiffany Henyard (D) of Dolton, Illinois, got heated with officials Monday when they questioned her on issues that have brought a wave of criticism.
Fox News reported Thursday that she was pelted with questions about her controversial spending habits and transparency.

Video footage shows the meeting with Henyard speaking to fellow officials. She said, “Y’all should be ashamed of y’all selves. Y’all black. Y’all are black. And y’all sitting up here beating and attacking on a black woman that’s in power. You should be ashamed of y’all selves.”
“Y’all forget I am the leader. They want to hear from the mayor. If y’all ain’t learned that yet, the mayor. Not the trustees that don’t do nothing that only run they mouth. Y’all don’t do no work, no work,” she said.

I recall Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot trying the same tactic to portray herself as a racial victim as an excuse for her failings. I think Fani Willis is doing the same in Atlanta to defend her corruption.
For some reason, I’ve never seen Dolton show up on any “best places to retire” lists.

The only cure for the garbage is a full forensic audit of the Mayor and every family member all the way out to first cousins.

We have a great system but it’s based on the concept of a populace that is family oriented, driven to be successful and self reliant, moral, religious and intelligent (to the extent of being productive and self sufficient).
As we let the riff raff of the world immigrate in and combine that with woke ideology taught in schools/media and even church now it paints a grim picture of our future.
Yeah a Zimbabwe does sort of come to mind at least from what I know of it.
At least she said they and not dey so that’s a plus.

Dolton is a village of 20,000. Mostly poor, black residents.
How can they afford a half a million for major expenses?
It is interesting though, how she is playing the race card against all black board of trustees!
She needs to re-evaluate her team building skills.
