If it is Trump statute of limitations doesn’t matter! we will just temporarily extend it so someone can file a suit against him and then railroad him.

If it is Trump charge him with felonies for retaining documents

If it is Trump charge him with felonies for investigating the election

If it is Republicans call it insurrection

If it is Biden - you can embezzle millions, keep documents, turn your justice department on the opposition, give money to aid our enemies and encourage the BLM riots and it is all AOK.

Trump is lucid so he should be charged and Biden is senile so he should be let off....is that their argument?

"Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory...

But he should be re-elected, because well... reasons.

“Yet, this “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” is PRESIDENT of the USA? All of those assertions are prima facie evidence that the 25th Amendment should be invoked TODAY”

Holy crap.

That’s his claim. I don’t think at the end of the day it will fly.

There is nothing well meaning about that elderly man with a poor memory.

Willful intent is mentioned. That was a key reason there were no recommended charges.

What I want to know is who did he disclose this information to? The Chinese? Can you excuse treason by saying the crook is old?

So I rob a bank, and really don't mean to take all the money but I do, I'm off the hook?

Doesn’t this blow parts of Jackboot Smith’s case out of the water? Aren’t most of the charges against Trump for willful retention of classified documents?
