Islam can not accept defeat by holy writ. They can have setbacks but never defeat. Their whole proselytizing method boils down to “my god can beat up your god” so you must convert. To accept defeat is to acknowledge the inferiority of their god.

Therefore, it has never been about a two-state solution. They will never accept Israel “occupying” land that was once under Sharia Law. Any entreaties are simply Taqqiya—lying to infidels to further the cause of Islam.

There will be a "two State Solution," but that will happen when the Palestinians are forcibly relocated as far away as possible and the Jewish state finally acquires defensible borders.

The plan is to keep up the "no two state" solution until October, when Biden (or whoever is prez by then...) steps into the negotiations and "gets" Hamas to agree to a time-frame to "discuss a two state solution".

That will extend beyond the U.S. election, enough time for Biden (or whatever Dem) to win. Then it will be back to the same "destroy Israel" thing they do.
