There’s no way any militant Islamist can accept Israel as a state of any size in that part of the world - the material success and the freedom that the state of Israel exhibits provides a continual and stark contrast to the primitive entities that surround it, where the more Islamist the country is, the more backward, poverty-stricken and oppressive it is.

The IDF needs to conquer Hamas on the battlefield. They have not done that yet. Apparently, there are still thousands of Hamas terrorists hiding underneath the rubble in the tunnels.
