I've worked in several DoD data centers. It takes knowledge and experience to operate a data center.
Your average Palestinian AK carrying Neanderthal wouldn't know how to turn on that equipment.
I cannot imagine ANY Pali having the knowledge to set this up, they are too busy building rockets out of water pipes that the US supplied.
They are too busy thinking up new ways to kill Israelis.

I suspect that this data center was built by outside talent, most likely a UN employee, with the connections to purchase Cisco switches and various servers.
I see fiber-optic cables and incoming trunk lines in the pictures.
High tech equipment in a turd-world tunnel.
