Jill Biden is well aware that the aneurysm that nearly killed her husband in the late 80’s had caused permanent brain injury-it does that to everyone, no matter their age, and they lose cognitive skills faster than a person who has not had a brain injury like that, as well as being prone to mood swings, zoning out, etc.
He is obviously taking psychotropic drugs in ever-increasing doses to even things out and keep him upright and lucid. Drugs like that have wicked side effects at any dosage-which is obviously what is happening, and getting worse-he could die.
