Ajury decided the fate of Marilyn Mosby, Baltimore’s former top prosecutor, last week. In her second federal criminal case in recent months, the jury convicted Mosby of one count of mortgage fraud for making false statements to multiple mortgage lending companies as she purchased two properties in Florida. They acquitted her on another count.
Already convicted on two counts of perjury for lying about her finances when withdrawing $90,000 from her city retirement account to purchase the Florida homes, it seems certain that Mosby’s political career is over. But will she lose her license to practice the law?
According to her lawyers, probably not. It was over a month after Mosby’s conviction before Maryland’s bar counsel even filed a petition with the state’s Supreme Court to temporarily suspend Mosby’s license. For her part, showing the height of chutzpah — or maybe knowing the bar counsel’s inclinations — Mosby is already fighting this temporary suspension. Her lawyer reportedly believes that the “final sanction in the attorney discipline case will not be significant, so a temporary suspension of Mosby’s law license threatens to exceed the actual punishment she will receive in the end.”

..... Yet when it comes to rogue prosecutors like Mosby, who have refused to do their jobs and even engaged in misconduct while in office, these bar associations have been strangely silent or willing to cut sweetheart deals.
The natural conclusion one can draw is that it’s because the bar authorities generally agree with the political persuasions of these rogue prosecutors, but not with those of the lawyers who represented Trump. It’s a double standard that shouldn’t stand.

What is being done to Trump and to conservatives is the same thing KKK Democrats have always done with the courts, voting and the justice system. It is the 2024 version of Jim Crow, it is just directed at conservatives and Trump in particular.
I should have added one more:
4. The Broken Judicial System.
Granted, this one is a more insidious drip-drip-drip kind of thing where people don't fully realize the ramifications of a layered judicial system in which only a subset of people are required to observe the law and are punished severely for any transgression, and others get off scot-free, but once that is obvious to everyone who pays attention, it is just as damaging as the other three factors.
But this one definitely flies under the radar.

We see barrels of ink wasted on “What is wrong with this Country”, but these three (or four, depending on how one counts) items will kill our beloved country dead if we don’t address them.
The state bar associations are private organizations.
They are run by leftists.
Why does a private organization carry so much weight?
Is that any different from the DNC/RNC?

All lawyers, prosecutors and judges get their license to practice law from this private organization.
This private organization can also revoke licenses, for any reason they please.
They have no rules from the government.
A WOKE MILITARY.
The vast majority of institutions, associations and organizations are aligned against us overwhelmingly.
We are not winning.
We can only delay the inevitable.

Lady Justice is supposed to be blindfolded to not know the people involved.
The bar associations have to set firm, published rules.
The Italian word for read is leggere and the Italian word for law is legge.
Trump has an Amendment VI right to counsel, which should be of his choice of any willing person, even a person who has never seen even the outside of a law school.
Maybe the US needs an excise tax on lawyers.
Excise means “to cut out or cut off, as a tumor” according to my Random House dictionary.
All lawyer income over say $100/hour or the amount of a Congressional salary of a tax year might be cut off and tossed into the Treasury.
All part of the socialist’s Gleichschaltung.
