He was wearing a padded racist to fool the fools, and is succeeding.
They need to apply this reasoning consistently. Just because a bullet is embedded in the victim’s chest does not mean the victim was shot. Just because flames were seen erupting from the warehouse does not mean that there was a fire. There would be almost no prosecutable crimes (except for political crimes against conservatives) if the physical evidence is not admissible as proof.
