I would have to cheat....and, order some already made, with this cuisine.
The Mandu Potstickers are pre-made and frozen. But the veggies, noodles, soup and sauces I make from fresh veggies and packaged products available in any Asian Food Store. (We got a lot of them around here).
The bottled sauces aren’t spicy enough so I doctor them up.
Not really cheating. I wonder if real Asian People make their own noodles from scratch anymore.
