I thought those cucks took it out and the bill was just supplying more US taxpayer $$$$$ for other countries.
House Republicans refused to vote for the bill that the Senate Rs and Ds had compromised on, which was at least better than the current situation. Now we will have to wait months for any kind of improvement at all.
