Are you confusing this Georgia case with: https://www.texastribune.org/2022/10/31/true-the-vote-leaders-jailed/ ?

Hahahahahahahaha! Let me guess...:)

I tried to engage in rational discourse once with that person, like the one on this thread, and realized it was a total waste of time. One way communication.

The kind you get from dedicated Leftists. I think the key to spotting them is that they practice projection with the best of the Leftists.

Because, deep down (or not so deep down) it is what they are.

No, I was talking about the Konnech civil case.

Just sounds like they were protecting sources in GA, too.

In other words, True The Vote wasn't ready to present its evidence, or didn't trust Ratburger to act properly, or feared retaliation.

Bottom line, every court case alleging fraud, or illegal voting actions, by Trump supporters, has lost. Those who claimed such things, have lost every defamation trial against them. There is not one legal ruling to hang a single hat on, unfortunately, except tiny little individuals that happen every election.

Consequently, over the last 3 years, I’ve gone from being confident the election was stolen, and a court case somewhere would eventually be won, to now wondering if it actually was stolen, or if it was, are the the people on our side to ignorant to do anything about it. The results speak for themselves, and I’m a results person, not a bellyacher or whiner. You either win, or you lose. You do not lose, then spend 3 years claiming you won. Either fix it, or prepare to lose again.

They court system is owned by Soros. You can believe nothing the court system says. You are aware of the lawfare being conducted against Trump, right?

Did you ever see 2000 mules?

The DOJ used the same kind of cell phone evidence to put hundreds of January 6th "insurrectionists" in prison.

If it's good enough for the DOJ...

The key premise of 2000 Mules is true the votes info which ttv can’t provide or prove. It all collapses like a house of cards.

Your key premise is that people like Fani Willis aren't corrupt.

True The Vote wasn’t asserting 1st Amendment issues. Their attorney stood up in court and said TTV had no evidence of voter fraud.

Part of it could have been to avoid outing confidential informants (a wise move given Biden’s DOJ). But TTV has spent years talking proof of ballot fraud, and they didn’t submit a single piece of evidence, not one scrap of paper, not a single picture of a fraudulent ballot, not a single dadgum thing.

Push came to shove, and TTV had nothing.

You missed Fani Willis's performance with Brian Amero in January 2021.

There is NO evidence that our corrupt judiciary will accept to question the rigged "elections".

At least carry a knife, and don’t go outside after dark (if you are coming to Honolulu)..

BTW, besides the locals, there are also a crapload of wetbacks that have been coming here in the last couple(+) months.

I am going to ask you again. Do you have a single shred of curiosity about the mathematical impossibility of Joe Biden's 2020 "victory" and the five swing states that simultaneously stopped counting on election night with Trump winning by a large margin, only to come back the next morning with FJB winning by a large margin?

Are you even the slightest bit suspicious?

And if you are, then you appear to be fine with stolen elections because the are "in the past."

Someone who thinks he’s bright, but after having some interaction with him, realized he doesn’t know squat.

A textbook example of the Dunning-Krueger effect.

Bottom line, every court case alleging fraud, or illegal voting actions, by Trump supporters, has lost. Those who claimed such things, have lost every defamation trial against them. There is not one legal ruling to hang a single hat on, unfortunately, except tiny little individuals that happen every election.

Court cases were lost on a variety of procedural dodges such as ripeness, latches, standing, and mootness, etc. The WI Supreme Court found that the 2020 Election was not conducted legally, but did not provide for a remedy. There is still a case pending in GA about thousands of missing ballot images which keeps getting delayed. Justice delayed is justice denied. It's not surprising that Ratburger wants to know who's leaking. The defamation cases are on appeal. It's harder to choose the appellate judges than it is to choose the right trial court to get a favorable judge.

You doubt the election was stolen because the courts would do nothing to remedy the fraud? I think Trump erred in not taking more aggressive action like Flynn, Powell and Patrick Byrne advocated. Trump is a lawyer-up-and-litigate type, not coup artist like Pinochet or Pilsudski. If we wanted results that was a big hammer to use. A large part of Trump's problem was and is the RINOs who wanted him out of office. Trump still hasn't gone after them with the hammer and tongs. Assuming Trump gets sworn in to office as POTUS again, he needs to address all of the traitorous RINOs, because they are happy to lose as long as they retain their power in the party. They are the ones who don't want to win, and haven't addressed the voting fraud issues, because the present system benefits them.
