President Trump, please, I’m begging you, fly to Atlanta tomorrow for that court hearing on whether to disqualify the corrupt Democrat prosecutor behind that phony-baloney Georgia election-interference case against you.
Word leaked Monday night that POTUS might be heading to Fulton County, and it seemed like a brilliant plan. Then yesterday morning he decided instead to head to New York to attend another of the fake cases – Stormy Daniels.
But what Lawfare is trying to do to him in Georgia is far worse than that NDA against a porn star.
This Georgia persecution, er prosecution, by DA Fani Willis blew up last month, after it was revealed that she’s been seeing a lot of her (very) special prosecutor and maybe lying about it, under oath.
This Fani Willis scandal includes every imaginable juicy tabloid angle – cheating, that married boyfriend on her public payroll for $654,000, his scorned wife, a disgruntled business partner of the gigolo who can contradict Fani’s sworn statements, fake invoices (boy-toy billed his sugar mama for 24 hours at $250 an hour on his fourth day on the job), whistleblowers in her office lining up to rat her out, plus at least three ongoing investigations of the DA by 1) Congress, 2) the state of Georgia and 3) Fulton County….

The real story here is the trips to and from the Whitehouse? What was the purpose? Did money or favor exchange? DOJ having undue influence?
No prosecution, no need to hire outside counsel. No need to hire outside counsel, no taxpayer money to pay her boyfriend. No taxpayer money, no way to pay her boyfriend and this no kickbacks or benefits flow to her. No kickbacks flow to her… would she prosecute?
The appearance of impropriety is too great.
That’s also part of the story. Obvious election interference which were grounds to impeach Trump.

Fannys only rescue is to toss the Whitehouse under the bus in exchange for her testimony implicating the DOJ and Whitehouse involvement.
Exactly. Of course she would argue that she would’ve prosecuted anyway. Without money. Without White House assistance. This is obvious DNC lawfare. But the standard imho is lower still. She has the appearance of racketeering. Her case should be thrown out. All these pundits who say “well she may have to go but the case will go on” are missing the point. There was no case without all this corruption.

I have stated that in other posts. Many in the fake media keep saying the case would continue which is pure propaganda. This who Willis thing is predicated that she brought the case as a way of profiteering off it.
You can’t separate her corruption now from the case itself. Anyone picking up the case would have to go back and justify everything Willis did prior to continuing. All her decisions and handling of evidence, everything of the prosecution is not suspect.

Yes it is, and I think that a congressional committee is working on getting her to cough that up. We shall see.

No sane lawyer would touch this case. That’s exactly why a bunch of low intellect useful idiots are on these cases. The Beltway knows just who and what these clowns with cash driven libidos are for real. Even Jack Smith has to be working off some debt or obligation to Obama and Garland. He was hiding out just fine at the World Court in Belgium when he got this tail pinned on his a$$. He is ruined if he wins or if he loses against Trump.
