Abortion is not a Federal concern, it now resides within the laws of the individual states.
Doesn’t the VP grasp that? Maybe the ‘pubs need to pound that into the heads of the 19th amendment crowd. Abortion is up to them and their respective states where constitutionally it belonged in the first place.
After all, execution isn’t up to the fed, it is for the individual states to decide.

“Yesterday, the Attorney General’s office successfully defeated The Satanic Temple’s challenge to Idaho’s Defense of Life Act,” wrote Labrador’s office in a Friday press release titled: “Attorney General Labrador Defeats Satan.” “The Satanic Temple claimed a constitutionally protected right for its female members to ceremonially abort their babies as part of a Satanic ritual that involves the eerie invocation: ‘By my body, my blood, by my will, it is done.”
