Congress should squash this.
Title IX is law. It was passed in 1972 under “conservative” President Nixon.
And it is now being used by the Administrative State to impose all manner of nonsense and degeneracy like the latest Biden schools/lgbt rule.
On numerous occasions in the last FIFTY years, the Repub have had all three branches of gov’t. Yet have never repealed Title IX.
Why is that ?
