In real trials, not trials where the defendant is not allowed to plead innocent or present a defense.

yes for wrong doing, usually in federal court, sometimes in state court, but this case was pure BS, judge issues a summary judgment without a trial??? then does not want to hear what PDJT has to say about anything..
