‘Intent’ is the most misunderstood legal term in this once great nation. Intent simply refers to making a conscious effort to conduct an illegal act, REGARDLESS of whether the actor knew it was illegal.
In the case of Hillary, all that is needed to prove intent is that she chose to decline use of the email service offered her by the State Department, and that she then sent and received emails in her official capacity on a non-governmental service.
She would be absent intent only if a State Department employee convinced her that she must only use a non-governmental email service provider.
Similarly, she consciously directed her sycophants to remove documents from a SCIF and scan and email them to her, or did so herself. Again, it makes no difference if she knew it was illegal. It would be impossible to construct a more open and shut case, and yet somehow smart guy Comey couldn’t figure that out.
The kindergarten level intelligence of the presstitutes of course completely missed that point.
