Obama and his friends have been running the White House and the collapse of larger cities since the Potatohead took office. I’ve heard conservative media say Obama was stupid or unintelligent, the fact is everything, every program or policy sounds good, but Obama’s intentions are ALWAYS what will be damaged, who will be affected, and as much collateral damage he can cause. In 2019, it was revealed that the the AMLO government knew that of Mexico's 266 districts, 57% were controlled by cartels, 23% were disputed, leaving 20%, 56, under effective control of state. If Mexico was not bordering the US and the US wanted to take more action, Mexico would be considered in a state of civil war, low intensity conflict, or perpetually on the edge of becoming a failed state.
