Actually, the Globalists can’t agree on the number of people to be reduced. The more enlightened ones think 50% would be sufficient while the purists think the earth can support only a half billion people.
We need an amendment that says no budget may pass containing new rules or regulations. Anything that is a rule or law must be passed individually, so they can’t sneak this kind of thing through on us.
