Remember Biden Talking About That 1974 Classified Doc? It Was So Much Worse Than That.

We've been talking for some time about how bad Joe Biden's classified documents scandal was compared to former President Trump's situation. Trump had things transported to Mar-a-Lago only from the time he was president, when he was allowed to have access to them, with Secret Service protection. The issue was over what needed to be returned.

But as I've noted in the past, Biden himself admitted there was a document going back to 1974, when he didn't even have any right to have anything from the time he was a Senator. Then after the Hur report dropped, Biden spoke about their investigation spanning "40 years." That set off alarm bells about how bad this was, and the media hasn't really been focusing on that part, so I wanted to make sure everyone saw it.

He had classified documents, including from the 1970/80's all over his house--when as a Senator, he had no right to any documents outside of a SCIF. Read this and imagine what would happen to you if you were anyone else other than Joe Biden.

"Agents seized items that fell primarily into two categories: (1) boxes or folders containing documents with classification markings, most of which date to the 1970s and relate to foreign trips Biden took as a senator; and (2) notebooks containing his handwritten notes from his time as vice president relating to foreign policy and national security. Two of these notebooks had marked classified documents stored inside them. and several notebooks contained handwritten information that was itself classified. "

Between January-June 2023, FBI agents searched over 300 boxes containing Biden's Senate papers. which were stored in two locations at the University of Delaware. Within those boxes. agents found documents with potential classification markings, dating from 1977-1991, during Mr. Biden's service in the Senate.

And the media continues to insist that Trump having possession of documents is so much worse than that of Biden because Biden returned them when asked. Also, they skip over the fact that as President, Trump had the authority to have possession of those documents, but as Senator and then VP, Biden never had that authority.

I think the document case in Florida will eventually be kaput and done with the judge finding that Trump committed no criminal act.

However, no matter how much you disdain the media, I assure you it is not enough.

And as we learned from New York, even if the statute of limitations has passed, lawmakers can simply temporarily extend it to indict Pedo Joe and then switch it back afterwards.

And speaking about double standards and selective prosecution. When are we going to get conservative DA starting to subpoena records from every bank and mortgage company leftists have applied to loans to? because we also now know that over estimating the value of your assets is a crime punishable by 100’s of millions of dollars!

The left will rue the day they opened these cans of worms.

Sure seems like there is a culture of negligence among taxpayer funded public servants in our government.

Hunter’s business partner moved 1,850 boxes of sensitive documents from then-VP Joe Biden’s White House office: Lawyers WARNED HIM about including ‘Obama-Biden transition papers’ which Joe ‘likely did not own’

DailyMail.com can reveal Eric Schwerin was tasked with moving archives to University of Delaware in 2010. White House lawyers warned about including ‘Obama-Biden transition’ docs. Schwerin forwarded the email warning to Hunter to keep him ‘in the loop’

By JOSH BOSWELL FOR DAILYMAIL.COM, 2 February 2023 |

Hunter Biden’s business partner was tasked with transferring sensitive papers from Joe Biden’s vice presidential office to the University of Delaware - papers that were sensitive enough to require the involvement of White House lawyers, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The revelation is the latest piece of evidence tying Hunter to the president’s potential mishandling of classified documents.

Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s Rosemont Seneca partner who handled Joe’s taxes and personal affairs, was in charge of moving an archive of 1,850 boxes of files from the vice president’s DC office that were being donated to the University of Delaware in 2010 - Joe Biden’s alma mater.

Biden, who was vice president at the time, had donated thousands of archives from his senate career to the university library’s special collections department

Those documents, mainly from Biden’s time as a Delaware senator, also included Obama-Biden presidential transition team papers and raised the hackles of White House lawyers.

In a March 2010 email from Hunter’s laptop, Joe’s deputy counsel Katherine Oyama wrote to Schwerin warning that the ‘Deed of Gift’ document to the university ‘appears to include Obama-Biden transition papers, which the vice president likely does not own.’

She recommended the inclusion of language about ‘the University’s duty to comply with … classified information procedures’.

Schwerin forwarded the correspondence to Hunter, saying: ‘FYI – if you want to be in the loop. I sent to Mel who is going to talk to your Dad about this and decide who should work on it between him and Jamie.’

‘Mel’ likely refers to attorney Melvyn Monzack, who handled Hunter and Joe’s brother Jim’s taxes and other Biden family affairs.

Monzack also sent Hunter emails directly about Joe’s gift of sensitive papers to the University of Delaware in October 2010.

According to the University of Delaware website, ‘more than 1,850 boxes of archival records from the President’s Senate career arrived at the Library on June 6, 2012.’

We can surmise that Biden was trafficing classified information to foreign entities. The classified documents were perhaps of a commercial nature as opposed to say diplomatic or military secrets.

We can assume that so long ago Biden was trafficking info to the Mexican cartels who now own him.

Trump Calls Out Biden for Lack of Visitor Logs at Delaware Home That Housed Classified Docs
Breitbart ^ | 16 Jan 2023 | NICK GILBERTSON

Former President Donald J. Trump called out the Biden Administration Monday after the White House and Secret Service claimed that there are no guest logs from Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, residence, where his personal attorneys have discovered classified documents.

In a Truth Social post on Monday, Trump dubbed Biden’s garage, where classified material was discovered next to his cherished Corvette Stingray last week, “flimsy” and “unsecured” before painting a contrast with Mar-a-Lago. .

“Mar-a-Lago is a highly secured facility, with Security Cameras all over the place, and watched over by staff & our great Secret Service. I have INFO on everyone!” Trump wrote, seemingly suggesting he has kept much better visitor records than Biden has.

As Breitbart News reported, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Rep. James Comer (R-KY), penned a letter to White House chief of staff Ron Klain on Sunday calling for the release of the visitor logs from Biden’s Wilmington home, where classified documents were found in two locations after the initial discovery of classified papers at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, DC. .

Comer wrote: It is troubling that classified documents have been improperly stored at the home of President Biden for at least six years, raising questions about who may have reviewed or had access to classified information….Given the serious national security implications, the White House must provide the Wilmington residence’s visitor log. As Chief of Staff, you are head of the Executive Office of the President and bear responsibility to be transparent with the American people on these important issues related to the White House’s handling of this matter.

On Monday, White House spokesman Ian Sams told the Associated Press (AP) that “Like every President in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” saying that Biden does not

Screwup Biden hides behind his “personal residence” excuse for dodging questions about his having classified documents.

Yet it was Ok for “kindly old man” Biden to order the FBI to raid Trump’s “personal residence” Mar-a-Lago scrounging for classified documents Trump was entitled to have.
