Everybody with a decent mom and/or dad was raised knowing nothing good happens after 10 PM.
They didn’t get their hash browns capped. So they popped a cap.

It's surrounded by Hotels, and right across the highway from the Airport. Maybe it gets "busy" after dark.
Waffle House has a bad enough reputation without having to be responsible for shootings that happen near them also.
