The United States has the First Amendment, which protects us against government retaliation based on what we say. So we’re safe…until the government decides that politically incorrect speech is “hate speech”...

We are certainly sliding in that direction with someone who is clearly a woman now sitting on the USSC - who refuses to define the term "woman".

Imagine how comfortable it will be for such an ideologue to decide what our "living Constitution" really means on any given day.
