According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), last year, somebody planted a bomb at the Republican National Committee (RNC) headquarters on January 5 to go off on January 6, the day of the Capitol riot.

But the person who was the FBI’s Director of the Washington Field Office on January 6, 2021 told members of Congress last year that he agreed the bomb couldn’t have gone off on January 6 because it had a 60-minute timer on it.

“One of the many implausible aspects of the FBI’s pipe bomb narrative is that the device outside the Capitol Hill Club sat there overnight and for half the day,” Rep. Thomas Massie told Public, “only to be discovered just minutes before the breach of the perimeter at the Capitol with the kitchen timer set to 20 minutes remaining.”

There are many other suspicious elements of the case. The FBI claims that cell phone data that would have helped it to find the bomber was corrupted. The Secret Service claims that all the text messages of its agents from January 6 were deleted, which independent experts have said is “highly unusual,” “not something any other organization would ever do,” and “ludicrous.” And a video released last month by Rep. Thomas Massie showed that after a passerby told them about the Democratic National Committee (DNC) pipe bomb, Capitol police did not react with alarm and let people, including children, walk past the alleged bomb.

Now, an experienced security analyst has come forward with a report for members of Congress, which shows in great detail that the FBI is misrepresenting the location of the alleged bomb allegedly found at the RNC.

The fake pipe bombs are one of the strangest elements of the January 6th happenings at the Capitol.

Earlier reports referred to the one planted near the DNC building as being the one the passerby found and the one they let children casually walk by, not the one at the RNC...the RNC bomb wax found by a female government employee originally from Minneapolis or some northern city known for its rioters.

If one lies to the FBI, you can go to jail. On the other hand, the FBI lies to judges (FISA), lies to Congressional oversight committees, and lies to the public with no consequences.

Perhaps it is time to hold Congressional budget hearings on FBI funding that call into question big parts of the agencies budget and zero some of them out of the annual budget that supports the FBI.

The size of these alleged bombs might break a window or leave a superficial mark on a tree or building. They might hurt a person who is within 30 feet. It’s not a MOAB.

This is shallow drama, which both parties have turned into a thing. We should stop with this.

To recap:
1) The small pipebomb the FBI spun as being placed at the RNC headquarters was actually “located” on the ground between a fence and a garbage bin behind the Capital Hill Club. It was too far from the RNC building to have damaged it, even if the bomb had been functional instead of fake.
2) Karlin Younger, the official “finder”, was employed by an FBI contractor.

I’m interested in more about the FBI Contractor and his/her employee who reported the bomb. Who was the contractor? What was his ostensible work? What was the finder’s entire relationship to the employer? Did she interact with the FBI as part of her job? Why was she looking in an obscure nook between the dumpster and fence at this club frequented by Republican congressfolk?

Since the bomb, if functional, could have damaged the back corner of the Club, but not the RNC building which was too far away, why did the FBI choose to mischaracterize the location?
