I’ve been arguing for years that the guaranteed student loans should be guaranteed by the educational institution themselves. They would be incentivized to keep prices lower and give degrees that may lead to actual knowledge and skills. Instead, they charge six figures for useless degrees and have the taxpayers on the hook while they raked in the money.

You are absolutely right. A liberal arts degree from Hillsdale College is still worth something. Anywhere else? Not so much.
