Bad owner, bad dog. If the dog should be put down, then perhaps it is time to question the fitness of the owner.
Not the first dog to go bad while in the custody of this owner.
LBJ was pretty rough on dogs, too, seizing his beagles by the ears. The press was a little rough on LBJ at the time.

That is a dog that requires a leader. He’s a beta dog forced to try to be alpha. I’ve rescued lots of dogs like that. The minute they realize there is a leader they are actually relieved. They can be rehabilitated but only if they are in a home with strong leadership
This is the 3rd dog that Joe has had that is biting people, this man should NOT be around dogs, DOGS KNOW they sense mean miserable people and act accordingly!!
