Section 1 of the 14th amendment uses the word "citizen" twice earlier in that section. I wish they'd have used it a third and fourth time in Section 1 instead of "person". A lot of today's problems would not be happening if it were so.

Know what I am worried about now at this point with this ruling? Ca will counter it and get an unconstitutional ruling that prosecutions “CAN BE” selective. Which will then set a precedent nationwide and essentially render selective prosecution legal. So while this looks good, it may create another serious legal problem.
