We finally found a decent judge that follows the ideals of the Constitution.
Carney is the same judge who struck down the California’s so-called Unsafe Handgun and Sensitive Acts last year.
Pathetic that it’s taken this long hasn’t it.
I always like to point out to people that on Jan. 20th 2017 Democrats organized and carried out a terror attack against cops and the public in an attempt to interrupt or stop Trumps inauguration. They attacked cops, they destroyed property, they committed arson, all of this happened in D.C. by the way.
Did the FBI spend the next 2 years hunting them down and take them into custody like they did the Jan.6th stolen election protestors? No.
Where they given long jail sentences like the Jan.6th stolen election protestors? No
