It’s about time a Court recognized what we all have known for some time now. I hope he has a strong back-bone and alert security team.

I think the only reason the court ruled this was because it was a conflict between Rise Above Movement and ANTIFA at the same function. The prosecutors only charged the right-wing group and let the Antifa group go.

Had this been simply a right-wing group in an altercation with attendees at a liberal rally, the group would have been charged, while ANTIFA members fighting with attendees at right-wing rally would still be set free.
