12,000 texts....if you assume 365 days, divided by 2...each were doing 16 messages a day. Bit excessive.
On the positive side, at least not a 3rd phone/3rd person involved.
Just guessing, but the judge is probably looking for a exit here. Wouldn’t surprise me if some hanky-panky gets dug up on him.
