Is Whitmer too stupid to understand that The SCOTUS ruled that abortion was left up to the individual states, NOT that The President could decide?
No, she's not stupid, she clearly understands.
The goal here is to paint Republicans as extremists on abortion, so that some of them will become mushy and then lose when conservatives stay home.
It's just the old playbook being dusted off, that's all.
