Sweden had a nuclear weapons program that they supposedly shut down in the 1970s. They have a very technically proficient arms industry.
They also have an extremely capable little air force, with modern aircraft designed to fly from remote roads and unimproved air strips to make it impossible for Russia to destroy in a first strike.
