When my foreign-born husband was applying for entry into the US he was required to submit proof of having no criminal record and proof of having a clean bill of health, among other things.
There are reasons for screening out criminals and carriers of disease. Democrats don’t seem to (know or) care about these things.
They care. It's totally deliberate Cloward-Piven. They want things to get so bad that the law-abiding beg the government to fix it in exchange for their total subjugation.
