imho, when bradley revisits the witness stand, mcafee needs to intervene and ask in open court if bradley is giving testimony of his own free volition or if he (bradley) is under duress (IOW, is he under threat of blackmail or some other future illegal action if he answers in certain ways and not in other certain ways).
imho, same rigamarole for wade if wade is recalled to the witness stand.
when called as a witness...there is no such option and no such plea..You can plead the fifth or be a no show.
