A Fulton County judge has ruled that special prosecutor Nathan Wade's former law partner and divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley, must retake the stand in former President Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case to testify on topics not covered by attorney-client privilege

Some background
These are text messages exchanged between Bradley and the defense that they denied existed at first
In court the defense read these out loud..
They sent Bradley a copy of their report claiming that the relationship started earlier.
But Bradley claimed privilege but accidentally read his text response saying the report “looked good”
The state knowing this is bad for Willis stabbed Bradley in the back on cross and impeached him trying to show he has a bias against Wade
In doing so they screwed up and messed up the privilege claim
Judge had a hearing yesterday in private. Wade’s attorney filed brief saying that even the judge should be allowed to see these
Obviously the judge disagreed so here we are

Thanks for that explanation, I didn’t really understand what happened with Bradley on the stand until now.
