it would not surprise me. The Secrets contained in the Bio Labs cannot be revealed to the World. If it takes a nuclear war to keep the secrets from getting out. So be it.

That might be exactly what Biden wants. Later he could claim that somebody misunderstood him and try to blame it on Trump.
