How about she runs to the police to claim she is being harassed and wants to be left alone when she is still demanding a man’s attention,
OR
She makes false child abuse claims to get sole custody of a child,
OR
She laughs after her boyfriend is held in contempt of court for violating a protection from abuse order because she invited him back to her residence to make up.
Since most psychologists are psychopaths themselves I’m sure these studies aren’t worth a plugged nickel.
Though there are plenty of psychopathic women. They just aren’t often violent and overtly bullying. Usually it’s more of a quiet covert needling and put downs. Honey traps and teasing.
Douglas played such an SOB in that movie. I wish they used the original ending.

My husband loves Naked and Afraid (survival series). I don’t like it due to the premise. Anyway, now I watch it with him and I can usually spot the women who will make the experience miserable/a failure. The latest series had women who were SO EXCITED not to have a man with them until the day 10 merge. I was glad the men didn’t have to put up with the women for the first half of the episode... the women had issues between each other without the men even being there! But it’s another example that most women psychopaths are misandrists at heart...
My husband is amazed at how I can spot the women who will turn the show for the worse.
I think often about how different the movie may have been if the Michael Douglas character simply went straight home after that meeting at the law office and being wary of the looks that the Glenn Close character gave him during that time and also at the event at the restaurant. I wonder if she would have tried other ways of getting to him if he had not lost his judgement and had drinks and dinner and then the weekend stand.
